This Aleppo Soap scented with organic Orange blossom is recommended for daily cleansing. It is suitable for all skin types, for body and for hair.

Origin

The Al Najjar family has been making authentic Aleppo Soap since 1895 in keeping with ancestral artisanal knowhow. This know-how is passed down from generation to generation in the Al Najjar family’s soap factory in the city of Aleppo in the North of Syria.

Each year from late November to late March, production of the world’s first hard soap starts over again following a nun changed process. The soaps then dry for at least nine months. During this period, the soaps oxidize on the surface and take on a yellow/beige color, whilst the heart of the soap retains the green color of the oils that make it.

Made from traditional 200g Aleppo Soaps, this Najel compressed soap combines the beneficial properties of Aleppo Soap with Organic Orange Flower Water. Orange flower or Neroli is a symbol of purity, which is prized for its calming virtues and its intoxicating scent.
