Refund policy
Due to the nature of the products sold on the Website we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been bought, unless there is a manufacturing defect upon receiving the order. In this case, please send us an email on info@laurusorganics.com describing the defect. If such defect is accepted by us then subject to availability, the product will be replaced within 14 working days.
There are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order or suggest similar variations. If we cancel your order, then we shall issue you with a full refund. The refund may take up to 15 business days depending on your bank.
