Free shipping on orders over 100 AED.
Orders will be received after 2 business days of processing.

Note that any customs fees will always be paid for by the customer because Laurus Organics has no control over the customs fee per each country.
Flat shipping fee of 45 AED.
Free shipping on orders over 600 AED.
Orders will be received up to 5 business days after processing.

Please note that Laurus Organics is not responsible for customs duties charges set by each country, also any delays in shipping deliveries that include, but are not limited to the following: customs delays, natural occurrences, or transfers to international carriers.

Order Returns & Refunds:

Due to the nature of the products sold on the Website we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been bought, unless there is a manufacturing defect upon receiving the order. In this case, please send us an email on info@laurusorganics.com describing the defect. If such defect is accepted by us then subject to availability, the product will be replaced within 14 working days.

There are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order or suggest similar variations. If we cancel your order, then we shall issue you with a full refund. The refund may take up to 15 business days depending on your bank.

The History Of NAJJAR LABORATOIRE & NAJEL 

1895 Najjar Family began making Aleppo soap using knowledge passed down from generation to generation. 

1996 Najjar’s Aleppo Soap were introduced in France under the brand “Najel”.  

2008 Najel received Ecological & Organic certification from Ecocert Greenlife. 

2014 Najjar Laboratory was established in Lyon to expand the range of Najel’s “Made in France” organic products to include face creams, masks, oils, shampoos and more.
