Origin

The Al Najjar family has been making authentic Aleppo Soap since 1895. This know-how is passed down from generation to generation in the Al Najjar family’s soap factory in the city of Aleppo in the North of Syria.

This forerunner of Marseille soap is made exclusively from virgin olive oil and bay laurel oil.

Made from traditional 200g Aleppo Soaps, this Najel compressed soap combines the beneficial properties of Aleppo Soap with those of lemon essential oil, extracted from lemon zest.

Cultivated in the Mediterranean region, the fruit of the lemon tree was rapidly adopted for its disinfectant properties to clean cuts and wounds. Its astringent and anti-bacterial properties make it the perfect ally for oily skin.
